Rapid Run Game Day Procedures

**THESE ARE MANDATORY AND APPLY TO ALL COACHES, TEAM PERSONNEL, SPECTATORS, AND PLAYERS**
The State of Ohio, Hamilton County Health Department, and school district have issued guidelines on return to play and what is necessary for specific venues.

Requirements will be posted and regularly communicated throughout the day over the PA and could result in game delays or stoppages for non-compliance.

MASKS - MANDATORY FOR EVERYONE AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON SCHOOL DISTRICT PROPERTY(per age guidance in the mask order-10& up). You will be asked to leave if you are not wearing one or refuse to. This includes spectators, coaches/team personnel, etc. During games, kids will not be wearing masks.
SOCIAL DISTANCING - AT ALL TIMES, social distancing must be practiced between different families/teams. No unnecessary congregating before or after games.
SPECTATORS - ONLY family members of players within the same household attend at this time.
BEFORE GAME - All players, coaches, and parents are to REMAIN WITH YOUR TEAM AT THE DESIGNATED WARMUP LOCATION. Only family members attached to the game in progress are allowed within the fence line of the field. Teams warming up will be given a 5-minute notification to begin staging at your warmup location to come to the field. You will wait there until notified to proceed to the field through specific entrances/exits for home and away teams.
DURING GAME - Remain with family and social distance from other spectators in designated home/visitor sections.
AFTER GAME - NO CONGREGATING OF TEAMS AFTER GAMES. Immediately clear sidelines and field upon game conclusion through designated home/visitor exits. No post game speeches are to take place on the sidelines. Please exit quickly and head to your vehicle as the next game starting is contingent upon clearing of the field.
OTHER - As this is an ever-changing situation, additional requirements may be added or removed at any time.

***If rules are not followed by everyone attached to your team, the results could include individuals being ejected from hosting sites, game delays/disqualification, and further penalties from the league and/or organization. ***

We would like to remind everyone that all coaches, team moms, and organization and league representatives are volunteers. Our ONLY goal is to make sure that all of our kids are able to play football. PLEASE abide by these, and any other, specific guidelines that a particular site may have.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND COOPERATION!!

REFUND INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19 ONLY:
2020 Season Costs:
The cost for 1st-6th grade totals $200/player including the fundraising tickets($50/family), Kindergarten is $65(no fundraising tickets), with total out of pocket costs not to exceed $250/family regardless of number of players. Assuming there is a season, $50 is recoverable by selling your 5 fundraising tickets.

- If the season were to be cancelled BEFORE June 1st, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of ALL fees.

- If the season is cancelled AFTER June 1st but BEFORE July 20th, you will be eligible for a refund of $150(1st-6th) and $0 for Kindergarten. The reason being is that jerseys must be ordered no later than June 1st to be available for the regular season. After that date, you would still get the jersey regardless if there is a season or not.

- If cancelled between July 20th and August 14th, a refund of $100(1st-6th) & $0 for Kindergarten will be issued. The Fundcrazer promotion would still be active and families can recoup the additional $50 by selling their tickets.

- If league play begins(August 15th) and then the season gets cancelled before Week 4, a prorated refund/credit of the remaining $100/family(to be determined by the Board) will be initiated. From Week 4 on, no refunds will be available upon season disruption due to costs incurred.
