2020 Season Costs: The base cost for 1st-6th grade is $151/player including the fundraising tickets($50/family). The jersey is an additional $49 for a grand total of $200/player. Kindergarten is $65(no fundraising tickets). Total out of pocket costs not to exceed $250/family regardless of number of players. Assuming there is a season, $50/family is recoverable by selling your 5 fundraising tickets.

**CHANGING TEAMS: IT WILL REQUIRE LEAGUE APPROVAL FOR YOUR CHILD TO MOVE TO A TEAM OTHER THAN THE ONE HE/SHE PLAYED FOR LAST YEAR.

**OUT OF DISTRICT: ALL OUT OF DISTRICT PLAYERS WILL BE WAITLISTED PENDING COACH APPROVAL.

*Equipment Info*
Base Fee listed include all costs associated with participation including association fees, helmet, shoulder pads, practice jersey, and $50 fundraising fee. All equipment other then the game jersey is to be returned at the end of the season. Parents will be responsible for purchasing integrated pants, cleats, mouthpiece, and protective cup. 

*Jersey Fee*
A $49 fee is added during checkout to cover the cost of a game jersey.

*In-person Signups/Fitting*
ALL jersey sizes will be based on weight/height measurements collected during registration. PLEASE make these as accurate as possible to ensure proper fitment.

*Payment Info*
We accept Visa and MasterCard through our secure website. If other payment arrangements need to be made, please discuss with Team Mom at in-person signups. We also offer multi-player discounts. Regular fees apply for the first child and additional children, in the same household, are only $50 with a total family cost not to exceed $250. There is an additional $3.00 service fee for credit card processing on each player that is charged by the hosting company.

*REFUNDS*
Full refunds can ONLY be given thru May 31st.  From June 1st until equipment handouts, $50(per player) will be deducted from total registration fees to cover the cost(s) of the game jersey. There will be NO refunds after equipment handouts.

*Volunteer/Fundraising Information*
ALL parents are required to volunteer and participate in fundraising. Both are very minimal but are necessary to help support our organization. An additional $50 fundraising fee(1st-6th) is included in the registration that is recoverable upon selling 5 fundraising tickets.
