PLEASE review the steps for registering your child BEFORE beginning the registration process. Click the link below that best corresponds to your registration type:

Register a NEW player WITHOUT a Team Code
OR
Register a new/existing player WITH a Team Code 

**FUNDRAISING FEE: AN ADDITIONAL $50 PER FAMILY FROM GRADES 1-6 WILL BE COLLECTED AT REGISTRATION THAT IS RECOVERABLE UPON SELLING 5 FUNDRAISING TICKETS.

**CHANGING TEAMS: IT WILL REQUIRE LEAGUE APPROVAL FOR YOUR CHILD TO MOVE TO A TEAM OTHER THAN THE ONE HE/SHE PLAYED FOR LAST YEAR.

**OUT OF DISTRICT: ALL OUT OF DISTRICT PLAYERS WILL BE WAITLISTED PENDING COACH APPROVAL.

***WHEN SIGNING YOUR CHILD UP, CHOOSE THE GRADE THEY WILL BE IN NEXT YEAR(2020/2021)***

*Equipment Info*
Base Fee listed include all costs associated with participation including association fees, helmet, shoulder pads, practice jersey, and game jersey. All equipment other then the game jersey is to be returned at the end of the season. Parents will be responsible for purchasing integrated pants, cleats, mouthpiece, and protective cup. 

*In-person Signups/Fitting*
When registering online, you will still need to bring your child to one of our in-person signup dates in order for them to be fitted for a helmet, shoulder pads, and game jersey. In-person signup/fittings will take place April 26th from 10am-1pm at Oak Hills High School, and May 14th from 6-7:30pm at Rapid Run Middle School. 

*Payment Info*
We accept Visa and MasterCard through our secure website. If other payment arrangements need to be made, please discuss with Team Mom at in-person signups. We also offer multi-player discounts. Regular fees apply for the first child and additional children, in the same household, are only $50 with a total family cost not to exceed $250. There is an additional $3.00 service fee for credit card processing.

*REFUNDS*
Full refunds will ONLY be given until May 17th.  From May 18th until equipment handouts, $60(per player) will be deducted from total registration fees to cover the cost(s) of the game jersey. There will be NO refunds after equipment handouts.

*Volunteer/Fundraising Information*
ALL parents are required to volunteer and participate in fundraising. Both are very minimal but are necessary to help support our organization. An additional $50 fundraising fee will be collected at registration that is recoverable upon selling 5 fundraising tickets.
